Review + Swatches | Wet N' Wild ColorIcon Contouring Palette's in Caramel Toffee and Dulce De Leche

Review + Swatches | Wet N' Wild ColorIcon Contouring Palette's in Caramel Toffee and Dulce De Leche
Contouring and contouring palettes have been on trend for the past year. Today I want to review a super affordable contouring and highlighting palette for only $3! WHAT?! They are the Wet N' Wild ColorIcon Contouring Palette's in Caramel Toffee and Dulce De Leche. These palettes are exclusively at Wal-Mart right now, but hopefully you will be able to find them in other drugstores soon.

Starting with the size of these palettes, they are huge and well worth $3. The size of entire palette it bigger than the palm of my hand which makes it perfect for dipping in any size brush.

The formula is really soft and blendable, but not at all powdery when you dip in your brush. Also, all four powders are matte without a hint of sheen or shimmer.

The first shade Dulce De Leche is a little lighter than Caramel Toffee. The contour shade is a taupe tone powder that works perfectly on my pale skin. The highlight shade is more yellow which is perfect for setting and brightening the under eye.

The second shade, Caramel Toffee is also a taupe tone powder, but I find it to be a hint darker than Dulce De Leche. As for the highlight, it is a matte pink highlight. I haven't quite figured out how to use this shade!

I really love these palettes for the contouring shade and the yellow shade in the Dulce De Leche palette. The contour shades are not too warm or too cool, they are a perfect mid shade that looks great with my pale skin. And the yellow shade is the ideal shade I've searching for to set my under eyes.

Overall you can get both of these palettes for $6, which is an amazing deal! If you're on a budget looking for a great contouring palette, or a beginner contour-er like me, these are so fun to play around with!
