Best in Beauty | March 2017

Wow! It has been a while since I've sat down to write a blog post. Unfortunately, life gets in the way of blogging, but I love the opportunities I DO have to sit down to blog. Today I'll be sharing my beauty favorite from the past couple of months. Let me know in the comments below what products you've been loving recently- I need some recommendations!

My first favorite this month has been my custom Colourpop Eyeshadow Palette. I did a full review on my blog a few weeks ago- there you can hear all my thoughts and see swatches. Overall, for only $5 their single shadows are buttery and very pigmented. I've been really impressed by the quality for the price, and I will definitely be trying more in the future.

My second favorite this month is also from Colourpop, and it is their Ultra Glossy Lip in 'Aquarius.' You know I love Kathleen Lights from YouTube, and this lip product is a collab she has been doing with the brand. I specifically love this shade and formula because it's the perfect everyday-rosy nude. I also love Colourpop glosses because there is no scent, and they are very pigmented on the lips.

This month I have also been enjoying the Too Faced Sweet Peach Creamy Peach Oil Lip Gloss in 'Peach Fuzz'. I absolutely love the smell of this. It smells exactly like peaches with an extra hint of sweetness. This is unlike any lipgloss I've tried because it adds a sheer wash of color, but it's also very hydrating and feels amazing on the lips.

The Physicians Formula Butter Blush in 'Plum Rose' has been my go-to blush the past few weeks. This blush is super soft, and it smells like tropical-goodness, which is making me more and more anxious for summer. I love this shade because it's a beautiful rose color which can be worn alone, or as a blush topper. This shade has a hint of mauve and plum, which are my favorite kind of blush shades.

My last favorite/discovery this month is RCMA No Color Powder, but it's not the powder itself I've been loving. I use the RCMA powder every day, but I recently put the product in an elf HD Powder container, I have been loving it even more. The original packaging of the RCMA powder is super messy and transferring it to the elf jar made it so much easier and cleaner to use the product.

  1. I keep hearing great things about the Physicians Formula Butter Bronzer, now I want to try that and the blush!

  2. I love the colourpop Aquarius gloss too, I also have the Aquarius lippie stix and ultra satin lip! I really want to try the lip gloss from Too Faced.

  3. I've been using the RCMA powder religiously as well. I did something similar as you. I put it into my LM Translucent Setting Powder tin instead. Not messing at all!
