Five Products To Add A Little Something *Extra* To Your Look

When I do my makeup, I like to keep things fairly simple. I use the same makeup every day, and it is very natural. However, there are times when I need to change up my look for either a night out or a special event. So I have 5 go-to products that I like to use to help me spice/glow-up any natural makeup look I might have done that day.

The first product is the Marc Jacobs Dew Drops Coconut Gel Highlighter*. I love this because since this is a liquid product is versatile. You can mix it in with any foundation or moisturizer to make it glow. Or, you can top it on top of your makeup to add a subtle or more intense glow. It also smells amazing!

The Jouer Lip Topper in "Skinny Dip" is a lip product I like to keep with me at all times. I tend to wear very natural lip colors that are pretty matte and don't have a ton of shine. I like to top off any lip product with this because it adds a beautiful shine with some gold to makeup the color more done-up and extra.

If you weren't interested in the Marc Jacobs Dew Drops, then I recommend giving the Milani Strobelight Instant Glow Powder in "Afterglow". It's a beautiful champagne highlight to top off any makeup look and it can also be used as an eyeshadow or add a pop of color to the corner of your eyes.

Still on the face, I love using the Physicians Formula Butter Blush in "Plum Rose" to glow-up any blush I might be used. Again, this can be used as a blush topper later in the day to add more glow and color to your cheeks and intensify the color. Or it can be used alone as a beautiful plum blush with a hint of shine.

The last product is the Too Faced Glitter Glue Eyeshadow Primer. If you really want to go extra with your eyeshadow look, this primer will intensify as regular powder shadow and also work beautifully with glitter pigments. You can start off your makeup with this, or dab it on later in the day with your current eyeshadow look and intensify it with a more metallic shadow.
